Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Golden Speed. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please note the following guidelines for returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
